What an absolute joke. Wilson kindly fuck off you useless tosser, your a fucking liability. You say your not going to make many changes and then put Sweeney (playing great on right wing) to rigth back. Put Mccunnie (playing well in back 4) to centre mid. Put a diabolical Robson on left wing and put Monkhouse on the right? Then instead of taking the usless Robson off, takes Humphreys off??? Summed it up for you today Wilson. I wish I walked out at this point. What the fuck are you playing at you dumb 'lovely lovely person'? Fuck off!!

Lee Barret- 2. At fault for not coming off his line for the penalty. Could have simply walked and picked it up. Then stupidly comes off his line for the 3rd. We sign 2 keepers and both clueless.

Sweeney-7. Not a Sweeney fan but well played.

Humphreys-6.5. Again not a fan but did an ok job.

Clark-7. Solid as ever, no fucking way was that a penalty. Clearly took the ball.

Nelson-4.5. Go away.

Monky-7.5. Best player on pitch for us.

Liddle-6. Not the same player he was last season.

Robson-2. Give me fucking strength.

Mccunnie-1. Errr no. Not a central midfielder and incapable of doing a thing right today.

Porter-6. Not his best game but ball to his feet and things opened up.

Brown-6. Ditto Porter.

Wilson-0.000000000000000000000001. Fuck right off!

Ref-1. Useless 'lovely lovely person' too.

Yep, that was certainly all Wilson's fault  fuck's sake...

Never a penalty - completely destroyed morale for the players.

We had a good game. I don't agree with comments about Robson - he was good in the first half (and Brown should have put away his cross).

I'm worried about Liddle and Brown, lucky for us we're clear as that's now 4 starters we could lose for the next game.

Granted, McCunnie should be at right back, but I think we had a top first half and the ref was shocking. Changed the game for us having to go in at half time 2-1 down to opposition we were generally better than. I didn't expect a win though. The second half was dire. Blaming it on Wilson's a boring cliché now. Completely over the top

your the joke!

We held our own against a very good team, only for the ref to have a mare. the 3rd goal killed us off, but up until then, we were more than a match for Swansea.

You really are a wind up merchant, surely?????

You can obviously try for the moral high ground, but you're still talking out of your arse. How you can first and foremost blame today's result on Wilson is beyond me. Giving Lee-Barrett and Robson a 2 makes me think you're just down-rating players to have a pop at Wilson.

confised same old shit

rubbish!

he put a team out he thought could win, and lets be fair, without that disgrace of a referee then we could easliy of got something out of the game, WE PLAYED WELL for gods sake.

we dont have anything to play for apart from pride and we gave it a bloody good go, wheres the problem??

I completely agree. His crossing and pace was great in the first half, and he was strong enough to hold off a few shoulder barges. Not a starter, but saying Robson is shite is another example of clichéd scapegoating that goes back to last year.

Cos people like Tree and Grave have decided they hate Wilson and that is there agenda. We played excelelnt and it was a great game of football spoilt by the referee. Well played lads. All of you. clappp clappp clappp clappp clappp

As I say, if we hadn't have gone in 2-1 down, we could have really worked for it. Top scorer Jason Scotland wasn't a threat. Humpty looked distraught going off at half time, surrounded by a load of Swansea players looking like they were griefing him. They all looked gutted. Half time must've just been players raging at the ref.

Which is why I'm amazed someone has the balls to blame it on Wilson. All I heard at half time was the loudest anti-ref chants ever - the Cyril Knowles and Mill House all up in arms too. Not one boo for our lads. Most people clapped them off at the end, and deservedly so.

Answer 4 questions.......

1) Does Monkhouse play better on left?

2) Does Mccunnie play better at right back?

3) Does Sweeney play better right wing than right back?

4) Is Humpty and Monky on the left the best left side partnership we have had for a long long time?

Now, do the answers to all these improve how our team plays?

A collective yes all round.

Why on earth you decide to change things and disrupt a side playing some great stuff at a time like that is beyond me. If you cant see that then you really need to get a grip.

Mr Hamster - There is no point trying to explain common sense to some people. Wilson is either tinkering to deliberetly piss people off of tinkering because he is clueless. If he wants to fanny about with the teams posistions so much then he should experiment on champiionship manager - he would get the same results as he gets when he pisses about with the team on a saturday afternoon.....

Lee Barret- 6 A bit late coming for the ball for 3rd goal but Liddle shouldve done better in the 1st place

Sweeney-6 One of his better games

Humphreys-7 dunno why he took him off, McCunnie or Sweeney shouldve gone

Clark-9. Outstanding, NO WAY was that a penalty, one of the best tackles I.ve ever seen, also played some fantastic long passes from defence rather than hoofing it.

Nelson-6 plays much better with Ben at his side.

Monky-8 easily the best player at this club and another top game for him, please dont allow him to leave in the summer.

Liddle-6. Best game he's had for a while, typical that he ends up going off injured, I wish he would be a bit more positive at times though.

Robson-7 had a fantastic 1st half faded a bit in the 2nd.

Mccunnie- 5 Very poor in this position today, shyed away from a couple of challenges today too.

Porter-7 Was superb whenever he got the ball but struggled a bit when Brown went off

Brown-8 superb until he got injured.

Subs.
Boland 6 proper got stuck in when he came on.

Makay 4 barely got a touch, looked well out of his depth (again)

Foley 0 (zero) I've said it since his 1st appearance, this lad will NEVER be good enough for regular League 1 Football, I'm still amazed at how many games he has had, he probably has loads of skill and ability at a certain level, but he's too SMALL, too WEAK and NOT clever enough for this level. I have , by the way, seen him play many times for the reserves and often he is brilliant, AT THAT LEVEL.

Ref - Minus 10, I hope he gets 4 punctures on his way home, 1 at a time and that his next sh1te is a hedgehog, the pompous little bastad.

Swansea 8 they look a decent side and contributed to a very good game.

Overall I enjoyed most of the match but it died a death a bit when Liddle had to go off and we were forced to play with only 10.5 men due to DW sending on the embryo.

I still think you talk bollocks Tree, how you can give ALB and Robson 2 is beyond me. I'm starting to doubt the fact you went.

Furthermore I'm still trying to figure out exactly how the all-round decent performance we had (apart from their goal, did Swansea have a shot in the 2nd half?) is somehow all Wilson's fault. We played well.

We played well yes, wel certain players did. Read the 4 questions I posed and then tell me if we would have done even better if Wilson had bothered to play players in their correct position.

So we should play left wingers on the right, right backs in centre mid and centre mids at right back?

Cant wait for more "new things"

May aswell do a Scotty and have half the team in their wrong position.

It was a good chance against a good team to see how our best players could do playing in their best posistions. Then we would of had a better idea of the area's that need improving......

This 3 -1 score line is getting a bit repetative though. Three out of the last four games with Pools being 2-1 down and pressing for the equaliser and then the 3rd one goes in and kills the game.

You'd think it would be possible for the coaching staff to spot the pattern and organise tactics to try to stop it, like suggesting they should defend as well as attack.

Why? You've already answered them yourself. I think that counts as intentional bias.

Tree, with nothing to play for, surely we should be trying things out for future reference? We were playing top of the table opposition with a semi-depleted squad. If I was manager I'd try a few things out.

But many of the things Wilson did have been tried and have failed in the past.

Why not give some young players a chance? Or do something that really is different.....?

I agree entirley with Mr Codyakkers assessment - Matty Robson played well and should be given credit. Give the lad a break and get off his back ffs. I agree about Foley - too lightweight and has a terrible first touch. Let Darlo have him.

Swansea are a good side and play football in the right way, but they were lucky today. There wasn't much to choose between the sides and ulimately it was the ref who changed the course of the game. We should have taken our chances when we had them in the first half though - if you don't make the most of your chances against good teams you end up getting beat...

We played well yes, wel certain players did. Read the 4 questions I posed and then tell me if we would have done even better if Wilson had bothered to play players in their correct position.

Then why not try some more to see if they work? What is this, the Hartlepool United Conservative Club? confised

P.S. I'd like to see Tymon play

For the 5th time, playing players in their wrong position doesnt teach us any for future reference. We have found out for a long time that playing players in wrong positions means we get beat. We finally get a settled side and winning and Wilson does this. Complete imbecile.

Wilson does what? Puts out an injury-depleted side and outplays the league leaders? Oh and I forgot, Wilson awarded the penalty to the Swans didn't he? FFS.

If McCunnie wants to further his career in midfield he needs to learn rule one..........Thou shall not give the ball away.Today's referee needs to take up tennis.

Wilson does what?

Why not simply LEAVE Mccunnie at right back, LEAVE Monkhouse on left wing, LEAVE Sweeney on right midfield? Where they work best? Or is that above you and Wilson?

Isn't Sweens out of position on the right winger?

So you don't mind that?

But any other out of position changes you dont like?

Tree, i bet if you supported Arsenal, you would have booted off when Wenger started playing Thierry Henry up front instead of his normal position of left wing

Regardless of who we were playing, what today's score was and what decisions the referee; it was an idiotic decison to play McCunnie in the middle and Sweeney at right back.

I can't see why people are disagreeing with the notion that Wilson playing people out of position is plain wrong - because it is!!!!
Also it is plain wrong to play people like Foley and Antwi, and have people like Clark and Monkhouse in the reserves!!!
Someone tell me those are not facts!!!!!
And I'll tell them they are plain wrong also!!!!
