has pleaded guilty to deception. Can we now have a new tourist strategy for Seaton. We could have canoe trips around the harbour, a canoe museum, canoe tours. How to make your own canoes etc. Much better than the amusment arcades and other facilities there. We can even have our own summer celebration CANOE Day. clappp

I would love to see the town milk this for all it's worth. I'd especially like to see a film made about it, using real local 'characters' like a Ken Loach film.

Who would play Darwin though? I reckon Helen Mirren could do a good Mrs Darwin, with the aid of some prosthetic teeth.
