won't print. Any clues, anybody? Please.
It's got several documents waiting in a row and won't print any of them. I've tried re-booting......whereupon it printed one page and then stuck again

Try jiggling the cables a bit or unplugging and replugging the usb cable. I had problems with ours at home yesterday and this worked

that should open the printed page up. click on "PRINTER" at the top, and check that PAUSE PRINTING is not ticked. if it is un-tick it. that might work!

None of that worked. There are 8 documents in the queue now :uhoh:
There's a message which says 'printing restarting' but it's not

You've read my thoughts taz

Troubleshooter said turn off the computer and unplug it, then start it up again. Did that...printing started.
Huge relief, then it stopped again after only 2 pages

If you've got the disc or it's a common printer, de-install it and re-install it. Again it sometimes works sometimes doesn't.

I think I've sorted it. I cancelled the queue and started again.

I have got a pen, Mouldy (clever dick  ) with which I wrote the thing in the first place, but then I had to produce printed copies
