Surely I can't be the only one on here who uses a dab of moisturiser after a shave. Shaving gives me dry skin so a bit of Oil of Ulay works wonders.

Hands up!!!

No problems with REME lads, idle to a man though they are. I once helped dig a temporary grave for a young REME lad killed on Mount Longdon he was attached to 3 Para.

I tend to use shaving gel rather than foam as it tends to offer a smoother finish. After a splash of cold water a moisturiser or aftershave balm is a must If any small blemishes should occur then it is a sign that the blade needs changing and I normally find that a dab of tea tree oil clears them up......

Don't bother looking for your feminine side ...it kicked the door in and is sat on your couch with Gervais its favourite nail technician.

I use some white shiit that doesnt sting as much as aftershave and smells a bit weird - cedar and limes apparently - it's dear but don't pay a great deal of attention to it.

However, i really need to start using it more often, as baldness has arrived i need to start to moisturise the head - a good old head shine - and the cold brings dryness out on the face as well

Open to recommendations - i dont like to walk in and browse -i'm a straight in to boots n pick it up of the shelf and get served in 30 secs man.

Now, now Mr Katcha, you're trying to feign indifference, but in one sentence you've told us .... how it feels.... described the smell .... listed the contents ..... told us the cost ....'but don't pay a great deal of attention to it' ....er, ... the evidence would suggest otherwise

Odd though it may seem, there are millions of men who managed to stay healthy and fit and reasonable looking with out putting cold cream all over their kipper!

I use these 'beauty products' about once a month and my skin feels as soft and fresh as it did they day I started infant school in 1974, it's good living that does it!

i read the box after

the more I think about it i enjoy it's post shave effect

the smooth coolness that gently soaks in to the skin

instead of the harsh bite and sting into like after shave

i fancy a shave now and an exfoliation after

It looks like the board has it's own 'metrosexual communiyt'.... that urbanised, sensitive, emotionally and physically androgynous model of 21st century neutered manhood rejoicing in finding its feminine side.....usually in the deluded pursuit of womens approval  Smell the coffee lads, women fart and pick their noses too, their graffiti is worse and far more explicit than anything you can imagine and they're just as sexist as any man. If however you're slapping the cosmetics on because you like the feel and smell....... there are other boards you can visit where like minded devotees can discuss such things........

As an official member of the bunker i feel it is my duty to tell you all a little story about mr parmo and moisturiser. So if you're sitting comfortably i will begin.
It was a cool evening back in the summer, mr and mrs parmo where getting ready to retire (no funny business of course we're married) so after showering and brushing ones teeth (infact it must of been christmas or his birthday, thats the only time he gets showered) anyway after returning to the bedroom he asked mrs parmo for some moisturiser for his dry hands and face, mrs parmo repiled "yes my sweet (haha) it's on the dressing table". Mr parmo rose from his bed in the dark, found the moisturiser and applieed it to his hands and face generously.

The next morning mrs parmo was in the kitchen doing the wifey thing by making mr parmo his breakfast and a cup of tea. Mr parmo entered the kitchen to help his wonderful wife rolfl as she turned to see him she saw the most hideous sight.

Mr parmo covered in false tan.
Bright orange face instead of the usual bright red
bright orange streaks half way up his arms
I nearly p****d my pants.

I use nail hardener, does that count? It's just on my right hand mind. The nails are kept really short on the left one see.
