I cannot believe Foley never got on the scoresheet yesterday. He is usually lethal in front of goal.

Ali G is no where near as good as Foley. Ali G just wasn't productive and is one the worst signings Pools have made in the last 20 years.......

but good and Foley, in the same sentence is stretching things a bit

I think Istead was better than Foley like. I'll probably get shot down for this but I actually quite liked Istead, he DID things... scored a few goals and won a few penalties etc.
What does Foley actually do? Run fast and lose the ball?

Fair play to the lad he seems to give 100% but he just doesn't convince me at all.

Both quite good last 20 minute players.......... Nothing better...

Foley's strength is in winning the long high balls and holding the ball up while the midfield arrive.

If he is fit enough to play 90 mins in the reserves then he is fit enough to play some part in the first team games.
