altho its not an obcsure cheese, there is a 'nail your obscure cheese' option! :wink:


my brains only little and is addled by Gin....I can't be expected to think of every kind of cheese ever can I?!

I like vignotte. It even contains an anagram if gin (which is also, basically, what a gin and tonic is, when you think about it carefully confised )

Herein lies my dilemma. My favourite cheese is Cantal which is French but there are prolly 200 non-French cheeses between that and my next French choice, so "French Cheese" is hardly representative of my tastes is it.

Most cheese as long as it tastes of cheese. Not that wishy washy tasteless fatty gear, the stuff that makes your face curl up.

Don't get me started on Stilton with apricots, you should be shot for even thinking about adulterating cheese in such cavalier fashion. :evil:
