I heard a rumour today he could be off to Wolves?

A mate of mine is a Wolves fan, and has heard a few things down there. Not trying to stir things up, just wondering if you've heard anything?

A mate of mine reckons he's off to Valencia and 'son of Pele' is carrying his bags to the airport.

Mr Thornley, you're clearly new here so you don't realise yet that most of us have grown out of that kind of outburst.
Also it's customary to qualify "Loid" by "thick"

i did try to spell it correctly but the board automatically changed ''get fooked off loid'' to ''welcome to the message board loid'' as that is not what i wanted to say i felt it was customary to change the spelling around a bit, and mr richard m head, its been a long time since i had a rant like that so i think its well overdue, you must be a closet loid me thinks!!!

msn this is a genuine couple of questions;

You aren't a kid you are an adult, what to you get from coming on Pools message boards as yourself and various aliases (Adam Boyd, JoeJoe, and others) and deliberately spouting shite just to stir things up? Aren't you bored of it by now you've done it for years?

It's absolutely tedious

JoeJoe?

I don't even know what you're talking about there like, but never mind. If you're happy to say I'm responsible for it, then I must be guilty.

'JoeJoe' was an obvious loid on the wind on here last week, someone suggested it was you if it wasn't I apologise but my question is still valid.

I don't believe I've been on as a different username to this for god knows how long. It most definetly hasn't been this season that's for sure.

I'm sure the board administrator can vouch for that by checking on my ip address?

I don't really care about that answer my question!!

Why do you start shite stirring threads like this, what do you gain from it!?

How is this classed as shit stirring? Can you direct me to ONE post on this messageboard where I've caused trouble or anything?

I think you'll struggle.

If you think I only posted this in an attempt to "shit stir" then you are very sadly mistaken.

It's a complete load of bollocks though there has been no speculation whatsoever linking James Brown with Wolves, you started this thread...... My question was not just relating to posts on this message board to be fair, all that crap about Ian Moore and James Brown in the past for example on rivals and pretending to Adam Boyd. I'm merely trying to explore the mind of a desperate loid to see what makes you folk tick so to speak.....

I heard he was linked with Wolves from a Wolves supporting mate.

As for the James Brown statement, at the time, there were a few Poolies claiming he was the greatest thing since slice bread and I doubted that, and I have since admitted I was wrong about James Brown.

I slated Moore because of the abuse our players get, again off some of the Poolies. For example, Stockdale was gash, Foster was over the hill, Joachim was past it, Smith would never play again etc etc. I still believe though, that he isn't good enough, that's only my opinion.

What more do you want me to say about James Brown after I've admitted I was wrong?

I want you to 'black yourself up' and do a live rendition of 'I feel good' on the Vic before the Luton game.

You will then be forgiven.

I look at his goal scoring record throughout his career, and that tells me he isn't good enough.

I've also seen him on the telly a few times. Are you telling me you've never criticised a player on his record?

"Smith would never play again"

I saw him 'play' on Wednesday night MSN, he might as well pack in now.

That's a bit harsh, as he's still coming back from injury.

Gazza 'Fog on the Tyne' offensive to the ears.

You've seen him on the telly 'a few times' oh well I take it all back, have you ever considered a career as a head scout at a professional football club. I'd mention Moore on your cv.....

That's a bit on the arrogant side really. Did you not judge of our players on your one game at our place in March?
