Gethin, one of the 'star' performance has just done a Salsa routine and the penny has just dropped for me at least.

If he were to dance like that in any Salsa club in the world he would look completely stupid, he didn't lead a single move - the girl did. On her turns his hands started from the waist and she turned without any suggestion of a lead. In real life that just wouldn't happen because a lot of the time you're dancing with someone who you haven't even met before let alone practiced a 1.5 minute routine for five full days. If the lead isn't good then the woman simply does not know where to go. its all spontaneous rather than set routines. There are hundreds of different moves (some variations on a theme) and they all have to be led strongly.

They made a 90 second dance look good but real Salsa it was not.

What does Mr I's SCD stand for? "Some damned bounders dancing"?"

Strictly Come Dancing is over...for now  That programme where various c list 'celebs' indulge in a bit of dancing and we are bombarded with it every night and our lass rushes in from work on a Saturday night, off the train even and gets me to drive home at speed(no chance) to see it with her tea. To be fair, she did dance with Wayne Sleep in her youth.
DANCING...? I'd have more fun clubbing a baby seal on the ice.

Ah that.

The ultimate programme that highlights the difference between the sexes. Women love it....men...well most men hate it.

Women love to dance.......and women love men that love to dance.

Men hate dancing. Except those that appreciate that women love men that love to dance.

What the women fail to realise is that those men are either gay...or want to shag those women.

There can be no other explanation.
Very true..... they say men talk to women to get sex, while women have sex so they can talk to men.
