He's from Blackhall. Blackhall if officially a part of Hartlepool but the inhabitants are yakkers. Ergo he's both.

Im sure Blackhall has a TS27 post code, how long has he lived in the town though. Legally of course as he has been John Jones for the past 5 yrs.
