MSN Help!!!!

Got a phone call tonight while I was at work off our lass....the Bairn has apparently been getting bullied on MSN and I need to have a look at the conversations she's been having....how do I do it????

I'm sure they are stored somewhere!!!! confised

BTW....I don't like MSN for the above reason and it will be getting uninstalled from this Computer ASAP!!!! :evil:

Tools, options, messages.

Depends if she has unticked the box which records the converstaions or not.

If you sign into MSN, click 'Tools' on top, then 'Options' select 'Messages' on the side, then near the bottom of the page it should say something along the lines of Message History and it'll have the location in which all conversations are stored.

It's generally kept in My Documents\Received Files I believe?

Checked and the box was unticked that keeps the messages!!!! banghead

Oh well....it's still getting uninstalled!!!! :evil:

MSN's not needed to keep in touch with friends - the program at least - there are online versions you can use for free, and MSN have a version you can use through the site itself.

She can block and delete the contact no problem. You should keep it and see if it persists, but your daughter can leave the conversation whenever she wants and block the person. Go old school on the bully and ask for their name - take it up with the school etc, they introduced measures at High Tunstall when I was there for online stuff. It happened to my mate, and they sorted it out.

Definitely a good idea to get some evidence if you can, though.
