Despicable behaviour- smackhead steals charity box.

A thief was branded as "despicable" by magistrates who heard he stole money meant for abused and neglected children to buy cigarettes.

Bad enough that the magistrates then let him off.

But more intriguing is why people were collecting money for abused and neglected children to buy cigarettes with? sctatchinghead

You are always an addict though, aren't you, he has stopped, but like an alcholic, one drink and it starts again

nor have I, but i'm sure I read it somewhere

I think they should left him off, or out on licence, then when he mugs, robs, steals a car, the OB can spend precious time looking for the bounder

PS

I am allowed to call someone who steals from a charity box a bounder, or do I need to FEEL his pain??

PPS

No, he's a bounder and no mistake

In my local in Wok shop, the charity boxes had to be chained to the counter because they'd come in early doors when the place was empty and have them away.
