Agreed. Violent crime, particularly with weapons should not be walking the streets. On the other hand he's not convicted yet so is innocent until proven guilty.

But wasn't he in possession?
In addition if there was witnesses and CCTV footage which showed use of the knife, to me that's enough for a spell in the jug

The law is a joke..

If the guy who was being threatened managed to punch him, then he would probably have got a bigger conviction

Oh I agree with you but all of those things are for the court to convict on not the Police. Might I suggest Voltaire is relevant here?

They just have mate, but instead of serving in the armed forces and learning first hand about rules etc this form of national service means forcing them into work experience and cheap college courses, Which we did in the 70's but really excelled at in the 90s hence the fookin state we are in now rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage

I guess I was brought up in a Patriarchal society and we are now firmly in the bosom of a Matriarchal.

If the bastads don't wanna learn through ten years of schooling what is the point of sending them back to college AND PAYIN THE FOOKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!AAAARRRGHHH rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage rage

Fook me that was a rant, :uhoh:

Whilst I agree in the main with the National Service argument, that scummer who urinated on that dying woman was an ex-soldier so it doesn't always work.

Maybe theres a case for him being remanded in custody.
