Correct me if i am wrong.. But i've heard the reason the music wont change is that the players are very supersticious over it?

Weird, its not as if we have an unbeaten record at home etc

Superstitious over Tom Hark,which was played as we got relegated & as Bristol Rovers condemed us to runners up yet again

Both of these songs are now highly annoying. The songs in gereral at Pools are highly annoying.

I remember going to the first match at Hulls KC Stadium when Pools played there and was hugely impressed with their selections. Why does it have to be the same crap week in, week out?

I could list loads of songs that would pump up the players and get the crowd going.

I also agree about the anti darlo songs. Time we thought of some new ones fellas. I bet the folks on this board could write a few.

Has anyone heard 12 reasons why I love her by My Life Story. The first minute or so of that is quite pumped but would appeal to most people. I know there is absolutely no chance of this happening though. The end is elish too!

if there's one piece of bland 'music' to shop by, it's this TRASHYpiece of backing music for a 1970's TV fillum. If it's possible to attack music physically I would use an harpoon, a shotgun, a flame thrower and an axe...and napalm. I now wait those strangled notes with a feeling of nausea and the wish to just shout ...TURN THE FECKING THING OFF!!!!!.....I'm not that struck on it. :laugh:

This thread proves that nearly everyone will come up with their own favourite piece of music.
As I only get to about half a dozen or so home matches a season I have to say I don’t dislike 2 Unlimited but I can see how the rest of you that go to every match may be getting tired of it.
I’d go for Hawkwind’s ‘Who’s gonna win the war’ or, as we were talking about them last week, The Damned with ‘New Rose’ for no other reason than it’s a great number. Maybe something totally irrelevant would be fun, such as the Smiths with ‘What difference does it make’ or Motorhead with ‘Ace of Spades’.
