Hang on a minute, I dont understand that article. It seems to show a black person assaulting a person of different nationality yet no mention is made of a "racist attack". I thought everytime a person of one colour assaulted a person of different colour it was deemed a "racist attack".

Oh wait, hang on, silly me, its only a racist attack if a white person assaults a black person.. :uhoh:
