I've got to drive down to Heathrow later today and I've just checked the mileage on multimap. They've installed a new gadget which gives you figures for the CO2 you create during the journey.

I was a bit shocked to learn that during that relatively short journey I would pump out almost 80kg's of Co2 from the exhaust of the car. Thats 12 and a half stone of the stuff from a single car.

Some going that when you consider you'll use half a tank, usually 30 litres or thereabouts and that only weighs under 30 kg eh??

And has everyone forgotten that air is .03% CO2 anyway??

Get rid of that bit first if you want to impress me.

The latest scaremongering seems to be about food and obesity. However I am sure that it doesn't effect any Bunkerites as they are all svelt, lithe and on the thin side due to their healthy eating habits and generous exercise.
