making excuses about how much it is to get in. People won't bat an eyelid paying 3 quid for a bottle of blue wkd in Yates's, but baulk at paying 20 notes once a fortnight. If we charged a tenner, we could have Denny Ingram back.

What are the average HOME FAN attendances though?

Is the Tuesday night affected by less away fans being able to travel midweek?

Nowhere our early season crowds have been loads better than last season and comparable to our other three seasons in league one. In 2005/2006 we had 4,743 in mid September against Swansea which is less than Saturdays crowd and in 2004/2005 we got only 4,485 against Torquay in mid September. Both games with small away followings at a similar time of year.
