When is the Joe Grey Tribunal?

Renamed in memory of John Hawksworth, a stalwart member who passed this day 2nd August 2020. RIP Mr Monkeybutt.

Sadly we must add the name of Kevin Minton, Aka Mr Ripper who passed 30/6/22. Kev was also Mr politically incorrect but a nicer lad you could never meet.

When is the Joe Grey Tribunal?

Who cares, it’ll be some underwhelming outcome ….I must admit to the sin of thinking he’d lost his edge anyway last season….a case of the curate’s egg, good in parts.
It’s what he does….. he’s a terrier.

think expectations were always higher than what he was capable of. being a young local lad is no guarentee he was ever going to make it in the big time. york will make or break him as he is just another new signing for them and there fans.

I sincerely hope I am wrong and wish him all the very best but I have a feeling Joe wont pull up any trees and will spend his career moving around NL teams before ending his career at Shields or the like.

What flight to Alaska. Making things up again tut tut.
I reckon we could make world peace but for now I'm concentrating on making sure people don't categorise fellow Poolies on here and stop labelling those categories with sneidy labels. It causes division amongst fans and I know you don't like that so I'm supporting you to cut it out. Keep yer powder dry and support Simon and the boys. Three points tomorra. YAY.
I don't think I'm that powerful but you are entitled to think that if you so wish. :ugeek: rolf :ugeek:

all Joking aside--this would be a good example IMO where the club could say we received X amount.
Am sure we are within our rights to flag it as undisclosed, but getting a number out there (assuming York haven't blocked it) would be a sign of transparency--could even use it to drive a 'we are all in it together' approach by complaining that the value is too low.

Watched most of the Truro - York teatime kick-off on DAZN. Joe Grey looked sharp when he came on as a second half sub and was involved in the build up to both York's goals. He was playing in his natural position on the right - don't know what the LL/Limbrick brains trust was thinking of playing him on the left last season sctatchinghead

Basically York's strong bench won it for them. Got to hope Grayson has his eye on a goalscorer and an attacking midfielder for those last couple of signings. The cupboard looks pretty bare beyond Reid-Johnson-Francis.

I'm glad to hear she is looking after you.

I'm certainly not psychic enough to forecast what'll happen at the end of the season. Lot of water, big bridge and all that.
I've got images of Raj fist pumping now !!!!!!!!
I'll be at Truro on March 14th though and accommodation has been sorted for the three of us.
We've invited me daughter's partner to come as well but he is a Man Utd fan ( not a plastic one) and doesn't watch proper footie, as we keep reminding him.
I'll answer your question on March 15th, if there's still a chance.
