To be…or not to be, that is the question.

Renamed in memory of John Hawksworth, a stalwart member who passed this day 2nd August 2020. RIP Mr Monkeybutt.

Sadly we must add the name of Kevin Minton, Aka Mr Ripper who passed 30/6/22. Kev was also Mr politically incorrect but a nicer lad you could never meet.

To be…or not to be, that is the question.

You would think this "agent" , if he exists, would be pulling out all the stops to get the job done and earn his fee.

Everything is for sale and maybe someone is just waiting for a mug with more passion and money to pay a fortune for something they love.
The best thing to do is disengage and let them stew.
It will mean mediocrity but that person cant let it totally fail as the price will plummet.
Patience.

Patience is wearing pretty thin - in fact it's virtually threadbare! I get the feeling he's taking the piss and has no intention of shuffling off anytime soon.
I mean seriously, what can possibly be the hold up?

Anybody desperate to sell would have managed it by now. However yet another week has rolled by, and the silence is deafening.

Got to agree about the threadbare tattered patience we have left.
We are told to sit here and be patient, but told nothing whatever about anything ……..it’s like we don’t exist.
The takeover seems to have bloomed and faded. sadx

always hate the unknown. prefer to know now for certain if the takeover is finished rather than living in hope every morning it is going through only to hear nothing again.

Thats the point he is not desperate to sell. He is simply fishing for a pot of gold and he has plenty of bait.
