Typical BBC they panned away at that point so it was difficult to tell, but it looked like they didn't, the Ukrainian won on a tie breaker.

I actually thought the Russians were banned from sporting events due to Putin invading a democratic Country and being a complete and utter kunt.

They are allowed to compete in certain events but only as a neutral athlete/sportsperson.
