The article also said Pools were looking for a part time assistant, Professional Development Phase coach.
Whilst it’s great to have additional staff we must have more back room staff than players, where is the money coming from to pay them or is it done through grants ?

Gary,s is PT also i think while doing the whitby job.

Combining it with managing Whitby, so part time then? or until he replaces Alex Cross, who must be due to leave, having been at the club now for more than 4 months
