The fault here lies with Singh. He chose to spend north of £1000 (probably more) to make a slick one sided film when he could have spent nothing taking questions from a fans representative or other suitably skilled interviewer, someone who would pin him down a bit more.

Frost has to make a living. I’d guess it was a fair bit more than £1k too. He’s not being paid to give Singh a hard time, he’s paid to ask the questions Singh wants to answer and not poke the bear with a stick.
It’s no different to him doing a promotional video for some company trying to make them sound the best out there when there will be plenty better.

Debt I would think, so the asking price has just gone up or it will need to be re-paid back by the new owners, if that ever happens.

If Singh has put money in and put it through via his own company as a loan, then demanding it back in one lump sum or paid back over the next few years by the new owners, in my opinion not really on at all.

Maybe when people improve their own homes, they should borrow the money and then demand that the new owner pay off the debt before they will sell it. Stupid idea!

How about the new owners offer a price which is a fair price for HUFC, Singh accepts it and then settles his own debt himself from the proceeds, if he does not cover the loans, so what, put it down to experience and move on.

The longer the club is up for sale, the bigger the debt will become.
Who will buy the club in a a year's time?!?!
As far as Singh is concerned, the price and/or repayments will just go up!
What has he got to lose? Well he may not have any potential buyers very soon.
And he will need to pour more money into the club or walk away and put HUFC into admin!
