His work with UNICEF?
However, I think these outdated awards if they have to be given out out should go to surgeons, doctors, scientists, people that deserve an honour. Not those that have made themselves multi millionaires, civil servants and failed second rate politicians.

think there has been far worse people to gain awards than him. in these days of role models he has done a good job and as a footballer he had an excellent career being good as what he was actually good at. only thing again is i,d like to see the end of all these awards for anybody as even someone who found a cure for cancer would only be rewarded if they were british.

well more fool them. there will be a real good little earner coming when its fashionable again not to have a tatoo for those in the business of removing them. something i,d be looking into now if i was in the medical profession.

I think Beckhan said he wanted his full body tattooed, certainly setting a good example to the younger generation of today. Just think when they all get old and their skin looks like a prune ?

I heard a discussion in which tattooists were extolling the new technology of tattooing and really fine details achieved…but it was pointed out the human skin retains it’s original ability to age and eventually blur.

He's been angling after one of them for ages- which is quite frankly embarrassing.

He played football at a decent standard, for which he was extremely well remunerated, married a very average manufactured pop singer and cashed in big style in the tabloid press. Why does that need rewarding?
