Perhaps he's doing the decent thing and sell it in order to raise money to hike up the renewal offers to Mani, Joe etc?

The Pools car park was packed this morning when I drove past at 11.30ish. No sign of Raj's Ferrari although there was a plume of grey smoke emanating from somewhere over the Mill House side. Also a tractor/scarifier emerging through the gate - presumably off to breathe new life into the hallowed turf.....?

Might have been the overspill from West Rugby Club's old classic car rally on Sunday…all the ones that stayed the night…or possibly not sadx
