Putin claims it was an act of terrorism, what’s his terminology for invading Ukraine, special military operation ? Over a million Russian soldiers killed or injured, how is Putin covering this up, by some stories his helicopter was subject to a drone attack. I can’t see him venturing outdoors much although he has a few doubles.

Sometimes this world is like the summer of 1914…..a positive thirst for action…..maybe if the countries of Europe hadn’t went mad after the fall of communism, discarded their armed forces and thought we could all live in la la land, a monster like Putin would not have existed.
We created our own troubles by disarming ourselves and looking like softy Walter’s, because people like Putin live by force and bullying and are only deterred by greater force….which we don’t have.
We used the defence savings on what…? …because both Tory and Labour spent it on something else but whatever it was no one can see any benefit from it.

Can't believe you said that Mutley, didn't have you down as a warmonger. Putin should retaliate, especially after the death of Russian civilians, when those two bridges were deliberately brought down over the weekend.

I suppose you will be happy when the odious Vulcan Healey announces more defence spending today, and defence spending rises to up to 10% by 2035, that's my prediction not theirs, but I trust mine to be nearer the mark than the BS politicians are feeding the voters. Of course this money will be clawed from the Welfare state, NHS, Foreign Aid etc, foreign aid that in part helps stop conflicts happening in the first place, I hope that makes you happy, seeing people getting killed, whilst your beloved country crumbles around you.

F**k Ukraine, F**k NATO, F**k, Fuck neo liberal warmongers.

The French openly allowed the invasion, how could they not see over 1200 people congregating on or near the beaches. Don’t they have helicopters and drones, the U.K. has given the French government hundreds of millions, I think the French are using it to buy boats, the French have no intention of stopping anyone, they want rid of them. Before 2016 they could have sent them back as per EU rules, one the things the electorate weren’t told about by the Brexiteers.

When did I ever say life was wonderful in the U.K., certainly isn’t judging by all the whinging going on. I come to Thailand to live a comfortable affordable life where I can afford to live on my basic State Pension something I simply couldn’t do in the U.K. without using up my savings and my private pension. The money I save I use for holidays in around S.E Asia and in Thailand.
It’s not a cheap dig about the EU Snowy, you really need to check your facts about channel crossing numbers pre 2016. There were only a few because under EU Law we could send them back again, after Brexit EU countries could refuse them.
At the end of the day Snowy you can make no comments about my life here or anywhere as you have no knowledge of the country apart from fact you think it’s all ladyboys and go go bars, you been watching too many fillums. The tourist areas might be like what you imagine but I don’t live in a tourist area so have never been a sweaty bar with a ceiling fan.

There’s a few posts on here which I find strange. Are certain people suggesting Ukraine isn’t allowed to fight back? Are they supposed to roll over?

And the EU countries know that, the asylum seekers travel through various EU countries never get detained although they are supposed to detained at their first arrival place, nope the soft Brits can have them.

You really should keep up to date…..instead printing news that suits your agenda..
Under new EU proposals, if still members, we’d be expected to take a share of Europe wide refugees…there’s over 100,000 in Spain alone for sharing out this year.
But we aren’t in …so if the French cops could kindly get off collective fat arses and ‘incapacitate’ a few dinghies, we might as well stop paying them. yawn1

Never going to happen Snowy, you know that as well as I do, someone is making a good living selling life jackets and dinghies with outboards where ever, surely the French authorities could trace who is buying them that’s if they could be bothered. Yes under the Dublin Regulation there wouldn’t be 1000s crossing the channel in dinghies if any as they would know they could be sent straight back.

It was basically a suicide mission. How will putin react ? Time will tell but it will be on a scale never seen before in this war.
7 planes destroyed is hardly but a small dent in the number of aircraft still in use. Considering it took 18 months to prepare it’s no great achievement.
The real victims in all of this area going to be the Ukrainian people who will bear the brunt of this very soon.
It’s stated that both British and American intelligence had an input in this. If this is found by the Russians to be true prepare for Armageddon.

The government are going to ask Rwanda for the money back we paid them but the Rwanda government want £50 million because the contract was cancelled, we hand money out like confetti.

When the Russians invaded Afghanistan in 79…it was during the Cold War which was alive in ‘well’ but despite their power were eventually scattered and expelled by farmers to put it bluntly…..the Russian threat is like their officers caps, over the top.
The Russians are a people of talent and ability in the grip of a political system that has power but doesn’t use it to the people’s s benefit.
Mind you the west is little better looking at some of the political midgets trying to play the tough guy all of a sudden…Labour and Conservative governments along with Europe chased the peace dividend, blew it, and the consequences of dropping their guard are coming home to roost…they invited opportunist powers into the vacuum and anyone dumb enough to announce they’ll be ready to fight in 2034 is criminally naive and deranged.

Is ‘tough guy’ Starmer gonna ask for the buildings back that were built…in an African country……is it a cover for the even bigger fuck up we’ve got now.
The idea of Starmer saying he’s gonna smash the gangs is like Softy Walter threatening Dennis the Menace…the gangs are over the channel pissing themselves laughing and counting the cash……..Starmer’s the Rooster that Crowed ….when in reality he’s a mincing chicken nugget.

Heeey!!! Barry Siddall Harris Ivanbot has come back out of the woodwork!

I think it’s the mere fact no one is safe from an attack from the Ukrainians inside Russia, they must have other targets lined up I would think.

Ukraines one and a half year long operation to attack Russian strategic bombers
Russia will replace / repair the units lost and damaged. Security and countermeasures will be tightened
Meanwhile, on the frontlines, Russias unstoppable advance continues.

I don't agree with his views but I agree that RH should be permitted to have and air them. Banning contributors and/or deleting posts because you may not agree with their opinions belongs to the BBC website, the Woke cancel culture - and also dictator states such as Russia, Iran, North Korea etc.

No good complaining about Putin then adopting his methods to suppress opposing views.

I just spent ages last time this popped up debunking a random profile that ONLY turns up when this is mentored. There's only been a couple of posts and it sounds like someone has tuned in to Russian TV and left it running in the background.

Very well then.

It wasn't a suicide mission, those are tiny drones with nobody in them, not even dwarves.

Minimum seven massively expensive aircraft were destroyed at just one airfield. Could be more just at that one location. Russia hasn't got the capacity to replace them, even if they did, it's going to a long time coming. Russians thought they could take Ukrianre.in three days, I doubt they can even stay sober for three days.

It's childishly simple to dismiss people online as 'bots' simply because they hold and air different - and often controversial - views that others simply cannot accommodate, rather than engage in intelligent rapport. There may well be a few 'real' bots around from both sides of the fence. Fortunately its just as easy to ignore the 'bot spotters' too.

I don't think we're at that point yet Mr Imp. He may just be winding you up. I wonder where he might have learned that skill.
He's got a point of view and puts it across whilst respecting the points of view of others. A bit more tolerance?????? Maybe. I'd like to see how it pans out before firing the gun.
Should you be unhappy with my response so far, you have recourse to present your case to the owner of the board.
