Is he still on the payroll?

When Rob Law and Micky Barron were discussing the Retained List last night they gave the impression that it wasn't clear whether he was still with Pools or not.

No doubt Auld Len could have done the retained list - as he did when Kevin Phillips thought he was still in a job!

The OS is as silent as the tomb on pretty much every subject these days - but you'd expect a few words fom the head coach around the Retained List, even if it was just the usual bullshit about having lots of transfer targets.

I know Limbrick divides opinion  - but if the club is going to waste more time before appointing someone else that'll just make a really bad situation even worse.

There'll definitely no new signings to announce before the early bird discount on season tickets expires on Saturday  The club is the definition of an omnishambles at the minute.

Check the club website/ Twatter feed at half time during the Champions League Final when more bad news will be buried and even more uncertainty will be thrown into the mix!

At what point, does the National League step in and make a statement about this utter piss take of club mismanagement?

thought at the outset that limbrick was signed more for being next seasons manager than the last. it was just lenny himself who pushed him earlier into the job. know it does sound odd that his name is never mentioned but could be the case of the takeover getting all the publicity available to the club.

This time last year London Boy was singing from the rooftops about retaining Fergy n Fevs.

All they said was due to the uncertainty of ownership it is not certain he will be the manager next season. If the takeover happens then he might go but no reason otherwise.

He confirmed on Radio Tees that he is contracted to be at the club next season, though he didn't specify in what role.

That only makes sense if the takeover happens. Raj Singh isn't behaving like a man who thinks he's holding the fort for a few weeks till the club is in new hands. Far from it!

The Retained List was announced on Saturday morning - 5 days ago. The club is offering zero incentives for fans to take up the ST early bird offer. You'd think somebody would be offering some encoraging words if nowt else - and that person should be the head coach or manager or whatever he's called this month.

So you reckon Limbrick is gagged from saying anything just in case the new owners don't want him? It's far more likely down to the current owner - and the usual dither and incompetence.

I suspect Limbrick is allowed a holiday. Even so it is not for him to discuss the current madness at the club, or his role under new owners or Raj.

There was no suggestion Raj would be getting rid of Limbrick.

As for commercial boosts to buy season tickets that is king of what a mess the club is in at the moment. The website is randomly updated throughout the season, mostly for women's games, the men's team is pot luck.

All the ST holders at work have gone into boycott mode.
Imagine that is the majority concept across the town.

£380 from Sunday

Is it a boycott or just plain sense not to buy until the way forward is clear? It would be madness to buy a ST until there's a guarantee of us starting next season and at what level.

seems the "interim board" are happy to put out negative statements to the fans but seem to find difficulty in putting out a positive statement for the fans, at a time when most pools fans are very disillusioned with the current way the cub is being run (and laughed at) you would think to sell some season tickets they would communicate to the fans!

El Presi-Trumpo could.

Hartlepool, great town, great place, really great. I've just been speaking to Your Rajesty, great guy, really great guy, and he says he has some problems, big problems, really big problems that he wants me to help him with. Great help, really great help. Really great guy, really nice people.

So I told him, really told him "Don't worry Radge, no problem Radge, I'll have it sorted out tomorrow." Tomorrow good...? Good for you Radge..? Really great. Great guy, real intelligent. Loves the sun just like me, so he's gonna fly us to Dubai for talks, great talks, really great talks that'll solve his problems. Minor problems, I'll fix 'em Radge, fix baby fix, that's what we're gonna do Radge."

And don't worry Radge, we'll have that ground of yours sorted. Really sorted. I'll deal with your Town Council. Great council, really great people, who know what a great deal they'll be getting. Great deal, really great deal.

Oh, how many great care homes are you wanting to build there? One, only one? I'll getcha five Radge, five care homes Radge, five beautiful care homes Radge. And a pub Radge, I know how much you English guys love pubs, two pubs, I can getcha two beautiful pubs Radge, lovely barmaids too, real beautiful Radge, lovely girls Radge, and not shy at all Radge - very accommodating girls Radge. You want some of that, I'll getcha that Radge, Great pub, great pussy, great people, wonderful care homes, I'll getcha all that and more Radge.

And it'll be great, really great.

Now about my fee...
