How comes anyone can populate that link, ST holder or not, Pools fan or not, and it comes back, THANK YOU FOR YOUR VOTE. Surely not ! Only at Pools.

I voted NO 10 times, under surnames such as Sarll, Lee, Curle , Phillips etc.

I imagine had I stayed up all night and submitted 500 NO votes, Raj would still won his YES vote.

No one should have a problem with the Darlo lads who come on here. All they did was pre warn us of what to expect.

To be fair he shouldn’t have passed the fit and proper persons test but he did and you hoped he had changed his ways. Took longer than I expected but the shit hit the fan eventually.

Believe it or not, they really do have a database of season ticket holders. Modern technology eh? Even at Pools.

I know they have a database of ST holders, I used to be on it.

If someone voted with a made up ST number and email address, why did it say then, THANK YOU FOR YOUR VOTE? surely a credible voting system set up with a firewall etc , would've came back with the message, EMAIL ADDRESS OR SEASON TICKET NUMBER NOT RECOGNISED?

I submitted a number of NO votes, but the Fans Rep could've been up all night submitting YES votes.

Not sure what a firewall would have to do with it, but just because the details weren’t automatically verified when you submitted it, doesnt mean that they weren’t verified when the votes were counted.

They had about 48 hours to come up with a voting system after Raj’s latest hissy fit, it’s not likely that they had the tech skills on hand to create and fully test a system with automated verification against the Season Ticket holders database in that time. I’m surprised that they even had an online option.

I'd say it was the equivalent of an 'out of office' automatic response. They'll have checked for entries with genuine barcodes after the deadline passed.

Or - they made the whole thing up. That's what most people on here seem to want to believe.

It's all yesterday's news anyway.

Superfanship Syndrome.
Every club has them.

I read about the Boro fan who said I don't want us in the Premier League. :angry-tappingfoot:

I've read of Pools fans who've said they don't want us in div 5 - they'd rather we were in div 6, 7, 8, 9, or even 10.
It takes all sorts doesn't it?

No you haven't. I think you've missed a whole chunk of context out quite deliberately.

Of course I have, there's people who've said they'd rather we started as a phoenix club than continue as we are. What division would a phoenix club start in?

Ah yes now here is the context. Not such a lunatic idea as you made out. We've got an owner subjecting us to a slow death, dross on the pitch and a laughing stock of a club. There's a reason that more and more people are viewing a fresh start as not being the end of the world and there is not one of them who would favour it over a new owner at our current level, they just can't see it ever happening and with recent events, I don't blame them.

So I'm right some would rather we start next season at a level or several levels lower than start at div 5 with Raj in charge?

Let's have a look at your change in wording then..... ah! Now that's quite a different tone isn't it. Better.

Whether this cockamamie vote was a fix or not is completely irrelevant.

It is the insane action of a bairn in his 60s, who clearly gives not one fuck about anything but having his humongous ego massaged. Every comment on here and elsewhere - whether positive or negative - will simply give him another hard-on.

Kneel before me, for I am the mighty Raj - and all you serfs are simply the shite on the soles of my shoes...

even worse. i have never heard of anything like that happening anywhere before in football. pools have had the piss taken out of them before but never as much as this. trying to think of a new tv advert where the club can get a mention especially in womens sanitary products.
