Most of the chew is down to wind up merchants on social media and forums. Absolutely boils my piss as it holds us back. Of course we’ll have different opinions at times but united clubs thrive. Yeah I know, peace and love bollocks but honestly, somehow, I hope there is a single-mindedness to stick together and get promotion. Love a good bus parade me!

Do you believe in the tooth fairy….?
Fans have been sticking together at this club from time immemorial, this isn’t some new phenomena.
Fans aren’t angry on social media for a laugh, it gives us an opportunity we never had before to express our opinion, not just accept what used to be offered us and be grateful for.
The mere idea of ‘sticking together’ and hoping things will get better is naivety, because if you think a compliant fans base turning up week after week, year after year is the answer I have to question how long you’ve been going to Pools, because most of the time our loyalty was rewarded sweet fa….comfortable owners, managers and players have to be held to account, it’s our club, not theirs, we’ll be here when they’re all long gone.
The happy clappy band of of hope Sally Army approach is for the fairy’s, you just get shit on from a great height.
A compliant fan is disappointed fan.

If it is the FTT type thing ( I'm sure it is) then it's childish crap. Needs to stop. No argument here.

Anything else? This is what these places are for. Back the team from the terraces, have a chunter and dosagree away from the ground later. Works well.

Yeah, there's the FTT nonsense, which by all accounts seems to have been a personal vendetta which caused wider splits (albeit I rarely see in mentioned now). I was also lumping Whatsapp groups in with social media though - the curse of the screenshots! Seems to me to be a lot of bad blood between people who have got themselves a lanyard at the club and others who think things can be better - in essence a whole load of egos. The latest 'private' messages being circulated were pre-emptively undermining the potential new owner, based on no information. Just games and unhelpful nonsense.
Have also heard people like Micky Barron and Craig Hignett say that the club isn't the friendly, buzzing place it once was. There are a few brilliant, competent people there but it seems that they are outnumbered by the Raj clique and hanger-on-ers, who aren't interested in real progress and come across as overly defensive. Again, just seems to be a bit us and them.

This is all different from chuntering, as you put very well.

Deadline to play in Vanarama next season is the end of May.

Whatever the outcome we going into next season without a potential promotion team.
Just not enough time now to generate a team together.

A bit of patience required till 26/27.
Reality check applicable.

Patience is a virtue.

Would it be possible to share more of what you refer to here Mikey? I'm sure many on here would be interested in it.

Does that mean fans should be ever so humble and servile, endlessly praising whoever comes and being ever so grateful for saving us from destitution and the gutter..if they do……they’re wasting their time and ours.

I check The Bunker and the O.S. during the day hoping for outcome about the take over or wether Singh has changed his mind and will continue to fund Pools which I very much doubt.

From Tuesday who is Gunna honour these existing players contracts?.

Obviously nowhere near enuf ST money Gunna be generated.

Looking more likely its Gunna fall through.
Maybe the the div 7 mode debt free is more attractive to the so called new owners.
Probably the quickest way to progress.

Obviously varied opinions on its way like.

- Short answer is obviously no. However, we don’t even know for sure who is taking over or what money is coming in so spreading rumours for whatever reason is pure odd.

Just along the lines of saying the person rumoured to be taking over has no money, struggling to raise the necessary money and we should stick with Raj. How anyone knows this is a mystery but the motivation seems to be that she was once connected to the previous consortium.

Lots of speculation, rumour, counter rumour, negativity and good old fashioned bullshit being batted back and forth here tonight. None of it is backed up by hard facts. So how about just putting up and shutting up until either the blue smoke or the shutters go up at the Vic. Something HAS to happen within a matter of days now.

100% bollocks, put out there by a Raj 'super fan' to sew further division in the fan base.

Agreed entirely, it's all pie in the fucking sky at present but unfortunately if it comes down yet again to Raj or no Hartlepool United FC as we know it then there may be a significant swing towards the Singh Party.

I wondered if this was going to become a problem if she took over. Seems just being associated with the Trust is now good enough for a faction of fans to attempt to discredit you.
Egos need to be left behind when Raj leaves and hopefully we can move forward.

What i can not understand is The deal could and should have been done by now and Raj and his dummies could of walked away with him being thank for saving the club. When he goes new owners will quite rightly not want any of his lakkies any where near the club. This stalling by him will only lead to further resentment against him from the supporters.

I hope you are well stocked on Lube and Kleenex if that does happen

This faux concern you have when really you will be frapping yourself daft if the worst happens is so transparent.

What will be will be ultimately--the fans cant control any of this-we can only pick up the pieces wherever we are when its done--the one saving grace is we will still have the ground if the worst happens--so assuming infighting doesnt take over we will be in a good place to get back up the leagues, but given the relatively few promotion spots available promo every year wont be a given

Yep the fact that the likes of Lawrence and Walter Mitty Shithead will surely be on their toes under new ownership means they have a clear conflict of interest---hopefully they will put the good of the club first-

Speak for yourself daftlad. I'll have you know I've been flicking bogies on the windscreen of Raj's car every day since he announced his resignation - and that'll cost him a car-wash sooner or later..!

Not so daft now am I..?

Agreed - one wonders if the HBC have been involved in/advised of the cloak and dagger shenanigans that have being ongoing for the last six weeks. If so you would have expected a few leaks to have emerged by now - politicians are usually not slow in passing on titbits to their confidantes.

Where is season ticket holder, trust member and Town's MP, Mr Brash on all of this?
Would have thought he'd have had some involvement, even if it was just to appease the fanbase that a deal was remotely imminent? sctatchinghead

If the club does go tits up, can I suggest the Phoenix club be called Hartlepools United and that we once again play at the Victoria Ground?! (assuming we hung on to the Vic)

Raj’s well documented thin skin and form when anyone is deemed to have breached an NDA seems to have finally paid dividends for him. Absolutely no leaks is actually commendable to the new owner in waiting though. They’ve played an unbelievable game managing to do a deal with him, when so many failed. No idea if Brash knows anything or not but doubt he could say anything even if fully involved.
