The hospital hasn’t went…it lost its A&E but still busy.

There was a large campaign on line and the local media and a March and demonstration outside the Civic Centre and not just one.
So they did organise passionately…but they were let down by politicians.

What did for our A&E our Labour MP and Labour Councillors who did nothing and even voted for the transfer….and eventually paid the price.
Starmer’s candidate after the previous Labour MP resigned after revelations…was the man who lead the Committee who advocated closing Hartlepool’s A&E …unsurprisingly his candidate was wiped out and we ended up with a Tory MP and I realised Starmer didn’t do his homework….as we’ve found out

Nah. There are certain things it has always been horrendous to say even you were free to say them. Common decency was a thing in society and people knew there were lines that you shouldn't cross, free speech or no free speech. If only that could come back.
