Anyone know anything?

"Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of assault after a school was plunged into lockdown "as a precaution".

Hundreds of parents have rushed to the gates of Manor Community Academy, on Owton Manor Lane, Hartlepool after being told to collect their children."

My son goes there, parents and kids screaming outside school, all over the top, this was after the place had been giving it the all clear..... Parents telling everyone their kids had seen people getting stabbed........All lies. But the school didnt help, I tried phoning up, obviously no replies which panicked parents.......Why didnt they just put something on Social Media to let everyone know all their kids were safe, instead of trying to shout out from the gates of the school to a 100 or so panicking parents!!!!!!! Not handled well by the school at all!!

If there is an incident going on at the school the last thing you need is parents turning up en masse….sorry but they only get in the way .
Not easy admittedly.

Totally agree, which is what happened, but they should of put something out on Social Media to ensure parents that everyone was ok..

Didn't they force the gates as well, those who done that should be billed for the damage. My youngest daughter also goes there and even though it would have been helpful to see something on social media, I think that all staff ensuring the safety of the students rightly takes priority, plus the 3 kids who entered the school set off the fire alarm which meant that everybody had to go outside

These kids are animals. Their parents should be sanctioned as well. Last Wednesday was fun in.Murray Street while a bloke with a weapon in his cane and another in bare feet climbed the alley gates to escape from the cops. At 10 in the morning FFS.

Back in the day, the headmaster would've just sent all the male PE teachers out to deal with it promptly and efficiently.

This did actually happen at my school in Peterlee around 1980/81, and the two ne're-do-wells with the gat-gun were treated to some excellent unarmed-combat lessons completely free of charge.

just thinking that 40 years later how much compo they would have got and the amount of time the teachers would spend in the nick for there actions. the guardian would have a field day naming the teachers and saying that we do not want that sort of male masculinity about in todays progressive world where they,d be better employed in crochet lessons for the male students.
