....All the relegation candidates winning....

Limpy got his excuses written for him ahead of time before Boston game --they unbeaten in 6 etc...

I thought no chance of relegation and still be v unlikely--but yet have some drama to end of the season

If the players don't buck their ideas up we will soon be in a relegation battle. The sooner they can muster 2/3 wins the better!. No way this squad of players should be struggling like this.

Relegation battle starts tonight with the remaining games ahead.
Maybe that is the reason Singh has gone, knowing we are going down.

Personally looking bleak.

Correct, apart from the odd gaffe that all keepers make from time to time Smith is doing his job reasonably well. We don't concede many goals therefore the defence should not be overly criticised. However, although sufficient goalscoring chances are being created in most games from midfield they are being wasted by poor finishing, ie our strikers not shooting quickly, not often enough and, in some instances not even striking the ball hard enough. Some of the opportunities missed given open goals and/or with only the keeper to beat etc have been absolutely criminal. THAT is why we are sliding down the table at an increasingly alarming rate.

TheBrick says 'Were not looking too far ahead, taking it a game at a time.

I say, polish you're CV, Smithers- you'll be looking for alternative employment very soon
I believe he now has an identical record to what he had as Grimsby manager - 11% win ratio.
Just as well he's not a data driven man! bbolt

Him and the Titanic Captain have a lot in common …both believe they’re unsinkable…at least the Titanic’s Captain could blame the Iceberg.

Not to mention the pearler of a decision to inform players under contract that they will be required to take a pay cut next season. The faceless, nameless 'interim board' members are now responsible for getting the club out of the shit that Raj has left it in.

Whatever needs to be done ie change of ownership, 'head coach/manager', playing personnel (the window is still open I believe) tactics etc in order to prevent the club from dropping into a league 'beyond the grave' time is fast running out. Some of us warned of this scenario developing several weeks back but we were shouted down by the 'impossible to be relegated' crew.

we should be able to get enough draws to keep us safe this season. would not be a big shock though to have to wait till next august to see a win. main thing is like last night predecting scores in this league is impossible as how many expected halifax to drop points never mind get beaten at home.

1-0 to Spennymoor. Listened to it on the Durham live app with Simmo doing the commentary.
It was very good.
Attendance 1029.
