Does an interim board of directors also need to have an interim chairman..?

Or possibly a chair-bewer - just in case anyone accuses me of misogyny.

Current board members, are they now the Interim Board less Singh now negotiating the sale of Pools, I doubt it.
The board previously consisted of Chairman Raj Singh, Honorary President Jeff Stelling, Group Finance Director John Astbury, and Board Members Lennie Lawrence, John Walter Mitty Shithead, and Andy Steel.

Why not, we’ve had an interim team and managers for years.
In fact interim sums up his time here

Is the answer we still don’t know?

Is this even allowed I thought board members had to be publicly disclosed at companies house etc ?

Sorry but I’ve resigned as chairman and we have a new interim board and no you can’t know who they are is not a serious professional position

Unsigned statements from this same board naturally drive scepticism, I don’t think some basic transparency is too much to ask for !

If the board we have had all season was the one dealing with prospective buyers, I'd have no hope of a postivie outcome.

I'd imagine the interim board will be the same board minus Chairman Raj, whether they're actually doing any negotiating or not is anybody guess. What's Russ Green doing these days?

Are they really an interim BORED as Raj and his cohorts have bored us all for the last 7 years with their bizarre managerial appointments as the Dave Challinor was via the then CEO Kevin Maguire who then suddenly disappeared himself. Why so soon after Raj's decision to step down has a prospective suddenly turned up ?

Someone I know reported seeing a huge white Porsche outside the ground today K31 BOS - could be something, more likely nothing - just saying.

Russ was at Doncaster Belles when I spoke to him at length during one of Jeff's Charity walks.

He loves Pools and said he'd happily come back though not while Raj was at club- that was August '21, just after we'd won the playoffs.

more like a group of dodgy albanians who will use the club shop to flog drugs and pictures of women available to hire but all at overpriced club shop prices.
