Aye, it's the top six too.

Get Jones out and they've a great chance to wrap these up for less than 150.

Meanwhile in the 20/20 South Africa need 55 off the last 5 and a half overs to put England out of their misery before their last match!

And one crap Jacob Oram over later, they need 22 of 18 balls. Game over.

That was unbelievable hitting

The poor lad only bowled one bad ball, and that was a very difficult ball to hit for six a full toss outside off stump.

Whatever Flintoff said to him at the end the 18th over shouldn't have been said in hindsight, and almost inevitably Mascanenhas hit five sixes in row only a couple of weeks ago off the bowling of........ Yuvraj Singh  Step forward Mr Mascenenhas!!

ramprakash is closing in on 2000, yes thats right 2000 county championship runs this season. he had 1700 before today.

on top of that he has been superb in every one day/ 20/20 game ive seen him in this season. any idea why he isnt playing for a crap england team mr mad john ?

He's far too nervous. Usually pukes before big games and when he was selected, the dressing room at the time had a 'prove yourself' attitude, whereas now, when selected all the other guys build you up.

Correction: make that 17 wickets in 2 days. Hick's out. Sussex are looking very strong favourites to me, unless it rains.

I agree; I can't see a relegated side holding out for two days. Remember as well, that they bowl more overs in the County Championship. Two full days equate to the same number of overs of half a test match!

Kent are dead and buried aren't they. This match won't get past teatime, perhaps not even lunch.

Then bring on the rain over the sarf!

Sorry, only 4 down! Still over 200 needed to avoid the follow on. The light has improved as well!

Mushtaq is running through the Worcester line-up like, well, like a quality spinner through a bunch of county labourers.

He's got six, Worcs are eight down, still a day and a half to go, give them the medals.

Congrats to Durham on a great season, and a runners-up spot confised

Also, Mushtaq has now taken more wickets this season than Gibson. sadx
