This season has been horrific and next season will be worse yet magically it’s never anyone’s fault, we have a great board and head of recruitment, and the players are all ‘top pros’ in Limpdicks world but we get lower and lower every week

I think you have hit the nail on the head Loyal - ‘zero accountability throughout the club’. The fact is that the man in the high castle doesn’t give a shit, he allows the stadium to deteriorate into dilapidation season after season, won’t provide adequate funding to relay the playing surface and can’t be arsed to directly communicate to fans, not even via programme notes.

R Singh’s juvenile stance is hardly conducive to players giving their all for the club, putting their bodies on the line, going in where it hurts to score or prevent goals. As for Skippy, I agree that he talks the talk well and portrays himself as a competent manager/head coach. He has nevertheless made several rank bad team selections and applied some highly dubious formations. However, if Dave Challinor returned to the club tomorrow I think even he would struggle to turn out a competitive football team from the quality of playing personnel available.

If we get less points than last season- which is looking increasingly likely then Skippy has to bounce off!

Braintree, Tamworth, Maidenhead Alty,and Flid should not be causing us any difficulties in ANY season- yet we've managed an embarrassing return of 3 (THREE- ala vidiprinter) points.

I actually question whether some of them want to be footballers, given the lack of self respect SOME of the pea hearted fuckers have displayed this season.

Thing is Kettering, I,ve know plenty of footballers in the past to know.
And if you DON,T treat them like men, You end up with men who think you are NOT up to the job.

You tell them that their performances are UNAcceptable for a club like this. And they are letting EVERBODY down, Thats just for starters.
You tell the Fans also thats it UNAcceptable and that the players have been made aware of this.

In regard to Challinor, he managed to get a turn out of more or less same players Hignett couldn't get a turn out of, then the following season recruited well, bringing in Ferguson, Cass, Odusina, Oates, Armstrong etc, who were instrumental in getting us promoted. These are both things managers since have generally failed to do.

challinor had a plan others have either had a bad one or just making it up as they blundered along. one thing all managers if they have more than one job in the game have in common is the high ability they all have in their minds. the ones who haven,t try it once and do something more suitable either in or outside the game.
