Think Vance took exception to the word costume in Zelenskys reply and that's when it kicked off. Such an important meeting and a question about not wearing a suit is top of the agenda for who? 100% set up. Unfortunately he fell for it and his mouth overtook his brain which was then contagious as they all lost control - 3 very angry men and none likely to back down. Very worrying indeed.

Not good from the US, but Zelensky should've laughed the question off and not allowed himself to get dragged into an argument. Not well prepared enough for the meeting. Trump needs his ego stroked publicly, if he wasn't prepared to do that he should have insisted on closed door meetings only until a deal was thrashed out / or not, and they had something worthwhile to say.
The only winner was Putin who'll have been emboldened at the potential for the US to stop support, and knowing Europe can't or won't give the levels of support needed to continue the war.
