More than likely we will lose or at best not win…wonder if this is the game where it all boils over a bit like the Rochdale game earlier in the season at Sarll but this time at the owner.

Lose that and no way we can bullshit away with the ‘chance of the playoffs shite.

Knowing Pools we'll win this game after drawing against the 2 shittest of the 3 teams.

Anutha draw.

And the end of season excuse will be to many draws.
Then spun of as next season it will automatically get better.

A lot more defeats next season for sure.

Sad but true.

actually more confident getting a result from this if we have a decent team out on the pitch than the last three home games. they will come and try to play football and not use every dark art known to football all of a sudden because that affects us more.

I'm normally quite positive but I'm going for an away win

0-1 Thomas Crawford to score the only goal, who then duly apologises for finishing our season in February

The Law of Irony means we will hammer them…but Laws of anything never ever apply to Pools ……so…….a 2-1 defeat.

did not realise that our season is still alive. it ended for me last august with sarll and underlined by old len and skippy. only difference is when i get back to the car i,m not asked if we have lost anymore but the score of the draw.

Just know that Crawford will run the show and get the winning goal but won't celebrate.

Sad but I will have a few quid on Altrincham.
1-2 but could be worse if we maintain the Maidenhead form.

Alti will not come to shut up shop like the abysmal Maidenhead outfit so there should be an opportunity to get at their soft underbelly (if indeed they have one) . I think we will score tomorrow but Alti’s two hot shot strikers will punish our makeshift defence, 1-3.

The season will have ended last Saturday for many more fans Accy. Following that depressing humiliation it is only alive in the rhetoric of Skippy and doubtless Lenny, although he seems to have returned to skulking in the shadows allowing Skippy to take the plaudits (if only).

Would be nice obviously but somehow beg the question why didn’t you do it two games ago.

That's the mystery of football though, isn't it? Specially if you follow a team like Pools - logic never has much to do with it

I'm with Accy on this one - Pools are more likely to put in a decent performance tonight because Altrincham will come here for a win than they did against Maidenhead, who came to spoil the game and nick a point.

main thing on my mind is tonights line up and how skippy will use the squad available to him. might be down to bare bones last game but there surely must be alternatives available to start with at least.

I can see us winning this one. We struggle against teams who set up to nullify us but Altrincham will come to play and that might play into our hands. Think Sheron is still a big miss but hopefully we have enough.

Hopefully Limbrick has twigged that having 5 or 6 attack minded players on the pitch at the same time doesn't automatically lead to goals if your main tactic is hoofball.

especially when 3 or 4 of them are not exactly scoring loads for fun. be actually less pressure on manny and madine if some actually looked as if they could put a chance away.

I wonder which player is out tonite thru anutha training session injury.

Seems this season more injuries that way than in the actual games.

2 2
2999.

Lennie loses his tongue at Pools forever.
A very poor consultant for sure.

But the creation these last 3 games been excellent.
Just can't convert.
It's likely we need to unearth some whizz kids for next season.
But nowadays these kids don't seem to want football employment.
Whatever your views today's footballers are pretty shit compared to 70s 80s 90s 00s.

Stupid Fucken boring foreign shit getting copied in England at all levels.
Eh.

Apparently Featherstone is 'buzzing' to see his old mate Crawford tonight.....any chance of buzzing about us actually putting in a half decent perfomance and maybe even a win Nicky?

Honestly we are such pushovers

awful half so far--'cant fault the players for effort etc..' but no quality

This must be the worst midfield we have put out for years, and the pitch thankfully is bringing Alty down to our level!
