Can tell from his interviews…no authority to the man…another game we should have won, the first half was tight (no Anthony it was shite)

Doesn’t seem to want to upset anyone, the last 2 games have been so far below acceptable and any manager who wants to be taken seriously would call that out

I can’t see him lasting past the end of the season, though
I pity the mug that comes next with Singh calling the shots !

Oh please give the guy a chance, he's learning his trade, just started out on what he's hoping will be a long career in management, he'll make mistakes, how many more managers do we want in a season, we've had far too many in the last few years anyway. Let's show some restraint for God's sake .

He started managing men’s football 5 or 6 years back , was chased by Woking so went back to coaching kids which is likely his forte
I think he knows what he wants to do tactically but not sure he has what it takes to be taken seriously at senior level
I’m not expecting him to reel off a ton of wins with the hand he’s been dealt with but his reaction so far to some abject performances doesn’t suggest he has much steel in him to call out shite when he sees it
Hopefully I’m wrong though to be honest he doesn’t have much chance anyway with the clown running the club.

Maybe our genius fans rep will pull a wonder appointment out of his arse like he claimed he did with Sarll !

I don’t have loyalty to the people unless they show they can benefit the club

Him and Feathers interviews are just so lifeless, Limpdick under some illusion it seems the players are doing great and just unlucky, while Feather seems more realistically resigned to the fact we are doing fuck all again this year

3 years in a row now of utter shite…how many more years will it go on for

For as long as Raj Singh owns the club. Managers will come and go same as good players bad players and the fans will still buy tickets and merchandise.

Have to say that I agree with much of the above. Listening to both Lindrick and Boro’s under pressure Michael Carrick post match interviews today, they were similar in so many respects ie modern coach/manager syndrome ie can’t fault the players efforts, unlucky, on another day we would have blah blah, I take full responsibility etc ec.

I don’t know and frankly don’t care what happened at the Riverside but at the Vic today Pools did not appear to have any sense of urgency playing against one of the worst teams seen at the Vic (apart from Pools) for a long, long time. Only in the last 10-15 minutes did the Pools players show the guts and determination to get the ball on the floor, actually play football and look anything resembling potential play-off contenders.

This this lack of conviction needed to be addressed by the ‘manager’ long before then as it was obvious that in addition to a perceived lack of urgency the players simply had no idea how to break through the mind numbing, constant disruption of play and time wasting tactics of the opposition. Agree that we did not get the run of the ball in front of goal but there can be no excuse for the two golden opportunities spurned by Mani D who seems to be a shadow of the player of last season, being caught in possession far too often, lacking in ideas and clearly in need of a break. Compare his performance with that of Gary Madine who at 35 years old put himself about for 90 minutes holding up the ball and laying it off for teammates. I’m not sure what Mani D brought to the game today but is there not a case for playing Clearly alongside Madine as a good old fashioned inside forward? Whatever ‘system’ was being applied today clearly wasn’t working - surely there is a need to shake the pack and try something different before the increasingly slim playoff aspirations disappear altogether?

I didn't see any lack of effort from the players yesterday. Certainly a lack of control but given the pitch I'm not sure Real Madrid could look good on it. That said, there were several chances that my grandma could have converted and she's been dead since 1983.

Thought he should have hooked Charman at half time, he was almost as poor as Dodds was on Tuesday night with nothing at all coming off for him.
Not sure the 2 big ones up front is working for us, I'd be tempted to try Madine and Campbell or even one of the kids who's more mobile alongside him.
It was an awful performance and it seems to be the same regardless of manager change. Around the 70 minute mark we started to play a bit of football and they looked tired but we didn't keep it up and there was too much long ball stuff. If Campbell is on the pitch he needs to be at the head of the midfield or even alongside the CF, playing him as holding midfielder as we did for the last 15 of the last 2 games is bizarre.
Play offs still mathematically possible but we're looking more like a bottom 7 side than top 7. Season finished by 1st March if he can't find massive improvement.

wasted most of the first half and until charman was taken out off the ball by the dugouts it looked like a training session. it was a mixture for me of poor play, them having the luck of the bounce and pools regular inability to shine against another shithouse fc who look the same as many with similar looking players. only the clubs names change on a weekly basis.
