SINGH OUT

Singh out. Honestly, I’m done. I’ve had enough of this nonsense. The state of the pitch today was beyond unacceptable. How is this still a thing? The players slipping all over the place, missing chances because they can’t even get a decent footing… it’s ridiculous. And this isn’t just a one-off – it’s been a problem for ages now. We’re supposed to be a professional football club, yet we’re playing on a field that looks like it hasn’t seen any proper care in years. That’s on Raj Singh, plain and simple.

It’s not just the pitch though, is it? It’s the whole damn setup. The lack of investment is glaring, and it’s been like this for far too long. I get that money’s tight, but you can’t tell me that this is the best we can do. Even during the IOR days when the club was scraping by, they still managed to find the funds to sort out the pitch and make sure we had a decent playing surface. Now, we’re stuck with this absolute disgrace, and it’s affecting everything. We’ve got players sliding all over the place, putting themselves at risk for injuries. It’s not right, and it’s a complete lack of care for the club’s long-term health.

And don’t even get me started on how it affects the fans. We all pay good money to support this club, and yet we’re watching games where it feels like we’re constantly fighting against the basics. We’ve had too many games this season ruined by bad tactics, bad luck, and now a pitch that’s more dangerous than anything. We deserve better than this. We deserve a club that actually cares about the product on the pitch, not just cutting corners to save a few quid.

The frustrating part is that there’s potential in this squad. You can see it in flashes. Cleary and Madine have some decent moments, but it doesn’t matter how good they are if the conditions aren’t right to let them perform. And don’t tell me about wind or rain – the pitch is our biggest enemy here. If the basics aren’t sorted out, no amount of tactical brilliance or world-class players is going to save us.

Singh has had enough time now. The club’s infrastructure is falling apart, and it’s affecting everything. I can’t sit here and keep pretending that this is okay. How long are we going to tolerate watching a club slowly destroy itself because of a lack of vision and leadership? It’s been years of the same story – excuses, penny-pinching, and no real progress. It’s embarrassing.

We deserve a club that’s going to invest in its future, and that starts with the basics. We need someone who actually understands what it takes to run a football club and make it thrive. Singh has proven time and time again that he’s not the one for the job. If he can’t even get the pitch sorted, what else is he failing at behind the scenes? The club’s stagnating, and I can’t stand to watch it any longer.

We’ve been patient, we’ve been understanding, but there’s only so much we can take. Singh out – for the good of the club, for the good of the fans, and for the good of the players who deserve better. Enough is enough.

I can’t see any evidence in the background that he’s anything but genuine.

The pitch is symptomatic of the club, as others have said the most likely outcome is it continues to get worse until Singh realizes he’s not getting his money back and puts us in admin….i can’t see starting again being any worse than this living death we are dragging ourselves through at the minute

know the pitch is not great but why is it only pools players who are having the problem on it. never saw any of their lot slipping and sliding all over the place and allowing us to miss a few open goals. in some ways it should be an added advantage if the pitch is that much wore than the rest. best you can say is that it only shows the lowering of standards at the club we were used to.

Think that's a fair comment Jamie - play all week on astro then struggle to adapt to a heavy pitch

In fact why not do a Harrogate/ Sutton/ Bromley - put plastic down- get promoted, then rip it out.
It's clearly a massive advantage in this league and suspect the three teams above would have been nowhere near the EFL without it sctatchinghead

That's a good point Sussex- reckon he's probably a lapsed Mackem.

Just find him hugely annoying- still waiting for our takeover by a Hollywood A lister that he promised us.

He's just an attention seeking bullshitter.
He's probably cracking one off right now, with all the replies he's got. stpid

The easy answer is money.

The easy answer is money.

they have a 10 year lifespan though. depends on how much money the club can make over that period against the initial cost. that lifespan is possibly less than it will take us to get back in the league the way things are going now anyway. knowing pools we,ll get back into the league, rip it up only to find the league will sanction them the next season.
