there is a list of vehicles available on the scheme and it depends how much of the allowance you wish to use when you choose one. it surprised me the types of vehicles that are on offer and thought they all would be lower down the price range.

Mobility cars…Would it not be wiser for any government to get a contract with a company to specify one make of vehicle and review it periodically to get the best deal.

British taxpayer funded.
Restrict it to cars that are being built in Britain. What are we subsidising foreign manufacturers?

Years ago there was a documentary about motobility cars being returned with excessive mileage, turns out they were being used as taxis.

Motability Scheme gives car dealers the opportunity lease a new vehicle to a customer for £75 per week to include insurance, tax, and servicing.
Yet you couldn't walk in and ask to private lease the same car for the same cost, why is that?
