There is a huge difference between the Glasgow paedos and for instance the Rotheram gang. The difference relates to the scale of the offending. The Rotheram paedos had 1450 victims so 1450 lives ruined by these depraved individuals.

If someone steals your motorbike from outside your house that is theft. If someone breaks into your house while you are on holiday and steals everything you own that is also theft. Are both crimes exactly the same or is there a difference?
