At the moment, as Eastleigh beating Oldham 1-0 currently, not sure if it's better that Oldham are dragged back towards us or they keep Eastleigh below us.

Finishes 2-2, probably best result for us as they both drop points.

Lose at Barnet and we could be 11 pts behind Solihull next Tuesday night.
But games against the top 5ish won't define our season.
A philosophy of we Gunna start lashing the teams below us.wellaye.

we will not know our true position until those teams above and below us play catch up in the games they have to play that have been postponed. those like rochdale might not win them all but are bound in reality to pick up some points.

Pools have consistently let themselves down against teams in the lower reaches of the NL so it would be a welcome change to "start lashing" them.
I look forward to its happening.

could have a long wait as our biggest win is only 2-0 so far. you would think before the season is out we could double that victory against somebody like it usually happens to us.

Southend's game at Boston tonight suspended 7 mins in because of thick fog, Wealdstone drawing 2-2 at Sutton currently.

Wealdstone with only Thurs and Friday to prepare for us. Pools without a game in 2 weeks. Could we blow them away due to their tiredness or will they be sharper from playing games while we haven’t?

Wealdstone’s impressive 2-2 draw at Sutton last night should serve to remind players, officials, coaches and fans that Saturday’s game will be no walk in the park. Nothing would please me more than a comfortable 3-0 or 4-0 away win but being realistic a 1-0 or 2-1 victory would suffice - securing the three points is what matters. Anything more is a bonus.

We will have to be at our best to win this one. A draw would be a good point away from home but must go for all three. Here's hoping.

given where we are and how much we have to catch up , a draw away to a bunch of part timers would be a poor result.
We absolutely should be winning this one and it should be called out as a below expectations result if we dont

100%.

Anyone encouraging only a draw is advocating eternal failure to even the big A.
