It’s not the sun I love it’s the climate, if I wake up and the sun is shining mentally I feel a 100% better, the wind is not howling, it’s not freezing cold outside and I can venture outside wearing shorts and a t shirt every day with out getting wrapped up, yes it does get hot but you adapt to it.
I don’t sunbathe, no attraction for me,I go out for a walk everyday, we have AC everywhere so never suffer from heatstroke, just drink plenty of water.

I think you forgot about the Truss tenure where the Bank of England had to bale the country out buying bonds,Truss fu**** over the economy in 49 days. Whilst interest rates might have been raised it would not have been so much, you need to take your rose tinted glasses off, the U.K. has been declining for years partly due to Brexit, if you are in the business of exporting products you would know the increase costs that have been incurred by Brexit.

F*ck me, the Truss mini budget was delivered in Sept 22! Since then the economy had recovered and the UK had the best economic growth in Europe. The downturn in economic outlook and rising inflation is 100% the result of the latest budget according to most economists and commentators.
Truss and Kwarteng and their actions are ancient history in political terms and certainly can't do any damage to the country or economy, Starmer and Reeves and the rest of the band of idealists are just getting started.
