Emmerdale is no different they probably have 20 main actors of which around 8 are either gay or bi-sexual. I very much doubt 1 in 2 people are gay or bi-sexual in the real world. sctatchinghead

If Emmerdale was set in Wales there'd be only one gay in the village and the rest of them would be shagging sheep.

but the whole show would be set around him and he,d be the main actor who most likely be the local vicar as well..

They’ve probably need the money, they can only live for so long on the money they made thirty years ago….. call me a cynic… but I share your displeasure with this crap.

He was talking on Monday about it…. apparently it was based on the first song he wrote in the mid 60’s.

What is it with Seaton early doors…I was walking along the prom with the dogs near the Staincliffe in the this mornings twilight …..and coming towards me like a ghostdressed all in white and about 4 stone dripping wet, was a lad with a back pack with two speakers belting out some banal Ibiza anthem that kept being interrupted by the sound of a sink draining …..weird.
Unless I’m still dreaming it.

Because I was being Facetious…..nothing happens at all most mornings, but when it does, it occasionally borders on the bizarre .
Ah the joy of being your own master, no one telling you what to do and sitting watching the tide come in.

Was on the Isle of Man in 2012….staying at an hotel with the room overlooking the sea and had a couple of hours to kill before going out…our lass had a bath and sat watching the telly so I actually sat and watched the tide come in …she asked I told her and she didn’t believe me..like I gave a flying feck.

if only the bunker was read by millions more the council could make a fortune by charging people down there at some siilly o,clock to become snowy watchers. or a new christmas record about mad dogs and a poolie man out in the seaton gloom to save on electric and gas.

I tell a lie there.
I was down with Ruby and Mylo and it was as dead as a gym at 10.30 on a Sunday night.
Drops the wife off at 10 for her fitness meet up at the Steelworks bridge car park…Then this very old bloke who must have lived on a diet of lard went past dressed like a freestyle entry in a Pride Rally….a vision in turquoise who moved so slowly he was moving like a glacier, a glacier who hadn’t been very well, a lump of a man with a huge cotton wool beard.
In my humble opinion, he’d left getting fit a bit late.

remember the good old days of weather forecasts that actually only forcasted strong winds as being just that without having to put a name to them. does naming them make em more severe in the eyes of the general public.

Think it helps to boost the old climate change stuff, same as the colours on the weather chart being more vivid and the three weather warnings…love when the advise you to stay at home, but your boss ain’t buying it.
