For me both Mancini ( probably best player in this league) and Lua Lua a real professional who is still some player despite his age. He is fit and extremely clever the way he uses the ball. Not seen him give the ball away once yet and always cool and confident on the ball a player who can do a super job at this level.

I reckon by the end of January the Vic will be bouncing with the ever increasing crowds and Pools settled into a place off place.

That’s exactly how I see it panning out, Lenny is no mug and will be well aware that this squad is lacking quality and players who can actually make a difference in several key areas. He and the dogged backroom team will work hard to weed out those players who are not consistent or talented enough to play a part in Pools promotion push. These players will be freed, loaned out or sold on and a trio of experienced professionals from EFL L1/L2 clubs snapped up with the aim of securing a play-off place by 1st April 2025.

Hope you're right Smokin Joe, but I have my doubts.

Agree Mancini in front of Dodds and Lua Lua on the left, but for me we need 2 up front so Grey or Campbell closer to, not behind, Mani.
It won't happen of course, we'll revert to going out to protect a point and even if we sneak a lead it'll be backs to the wall to protect it.

Ye 2 up front will split the oppositions defence up.
Add in Lua Lua n Mancini on the wings no wing back shit and its the recipe to Promotion.

And if Mads is struggling minutes wise to partner help MannyD out.
Then there must be an Armstrong type decent January loanie player available to cause a bit of damage to this dogshit division.
UTP.

We live in hope.

pity a few more of our players have not his ability to keep hold of the ball and not lose posession of it as easy as they do with heavy touches.

how many times do we see in games mani heading the ball on to the invisable player running on to them. no matter who it is we need somebody up front with him to do this.

Why can us fans see what the problems and solutions are.

But the so called professionals just can't see it.

It's the foreign managers coming into the Premier league years ago introducing tippy tappy one up front.
And then mugs down the pyramid copying this shit not realising lower standard players ain't good enough to copy it.

And these Premier league overstaffed dug outs with I pads n ear phone buds.
Jobs for the boys arselickers n hanger onners for sure.

FFS keep it in the Premier league.
We don't have to copy this boring expensive shit further down the pyramid.
Especially in division 5.
Good players before multiple coaches.

Remember when Cyril n Pop 90/91 more or less ran the club footballing wise on their own and did very well.
UTP.
