I watched the first half on National League TV and the live stream was crap. Buffering, freezing and about five minutes behind. I switched to DAZN for the second half and it was fine. Good all round performance. The keeper cocked up a couple of times - but then he made some good saves too. They look like a happy team as opposed to a month ago when they looked like me going to work on a Monday morning.

Sheron or Campbell MOM for me.
Really liked the look of their no.10 Wilkinson.

Their commentary team were quite complementary of us today.
Didn’t think I’d hear pools as playing “Tika taka football” after the awful hoofball we had to endure pre L.L.

Management team starting to bring out the quality in this squad. Just shows how bad Sarll was.

Sarle wasn’t sacked by supporters voting with their feet. He was sacked like all other managers because of results. How many managers have been sacked this season? for one reason only results.

Spot on, look at the job Mark Robins did at Coventry over something like 8 years, a whisker away from the PL and the FA Cup final in the last couple of seasons.
Poor results this season and he's out on his arse. That's football everything about results for the fans and the owners.

Cobblers. There wasn't a single Poolie going to games who didn't want that deadbeat out of the club. Terrible appointment got sacked. Nothing to see there.

You’re right, once the income drops so does the axe on the manager.

And the extra bonus is that the 4 bookings for Mani D, Joe Grey & Nathan Sheron are now reset having reached 19 games so no danger of suspensions now for a while (apart from for a sending off!).

“Once the income drops” The income drops at all clubs when results are poor and that’s why managers get sacked.

The football has improved dramatically since Sarll went. 7 goals in our last 2 away games... Games have gone from boring to exciting. Can't complain really.

Tends to suggest that football club owners are in it for the money over anything else!

I watched the full match on DAZN, using the paid stream. There was no buffering at all. Could barely make out a thing at times because of the amount of water on the camera lens, but there was nothing wrong with the stream.

I have changed my password for Dazn but would not let me register. Subscription history states I have paid up to last week so I don’t know what’s going on. So watched on IPTV second half with no buffering but poor pictures. Enjoyed what I saw of the match. Tremendous effort by the lads to play decent football in swirling wind and rain. Best football I have seen in a couple of years. Let’s get behind Lenny lads

Meant to say national league tv paid up to last week. They have not taken further payments. Normally recurring so not sure what’s going on. So there was no buffering with dazn?

So we are 4 points from the playoffs and there is always one team who go on a run from mid table. Will it be us? Momentum is everything. Who do you think was moto? With the poor pics and buffering I am not in a position to give a view.

If it was based on just results sarl would of gone after Eastleigh. Its brilliant that we won, but it shows how far we have stooped when some are getting all excited after beating solihull. So we bloody should be beating them, we have 3 of the better forwards in the league playing for us.The fact that most of the division at this stage of the season are within touching distance of the play offs shouldnt be seen as some sort of achivement .

Of course it's an achievement to have beaten one of the form teams on their patch, they'd lost 1 of their previous 9 games and that was to Gateshead!
We haven't got some of the best forwards in the league if they're not scoring goals because we don't play to their strengths have we? We've only got potential.
Fortunately with a change of manager and tactics were now creating more for then. Much better to watch with the pressing from the front at times, slick passing and movement, and going long at times rather than constantly. Hopefully we're turning things around and a couple of wins will make the season look a whole lot more promising. Up to LL and the team to make it happen, at least they appear to have the freedom to express themselves now.

Hopefully we don't set out to show either Fylde or Barnet too much respect and play our own game.
6 points would be just the ticket but suspect we'll get 4.

It would appear we are heading in the right direction and that result yesterday was a pleasing result. Where we end up is matter for speculation but there are more positive signs appearing. Never say die was very evident yesterday.

Due to a shit load of defeats n draws.
This result although outstanding has to be backed up with a rare moment of back to back home wins this week.

Full ambition level within the club and the fan base has to go up a notch.
We allegedly a promotion made team in the makeing.

Like DC said on a few occasions :Good teams win 5 games in a row and sometimes more.

For me a lifeline pivitol point in the season this week
Let's have it

Its unfortunate that sarl used up all the easy games, he has left the new managerial team with the proper teams now in the league, york barnet solihull, teams that are genuinely decent at this level. If someone offered us 4 points this week we would snatch their hands off though. Very rare do we back good wins up. We are not good enough defensively or keeper wise to go on long runs, but at least games are exciting now, compared to the borefests we endured.

just wait till we lose a game at the vic where the opponents out score us. the mood will quickly change i,m afraid.

still over a half of the season to go after this week but momentum is the big thing that got us promotion last time. when teams have it the only thing managers have to do is avoiding players becoming over confident which should be easier than putting confidence into a player.

This could well be just the upturn we need - remember the 5-0 humbling at home to Torquay and what happened after that, well i think our form is about to change and we finally have a winning 11. There is still improvements and areas in which we could and should be looking to bring in but for a change the team actually played well together and beat a good side in their own place - given we also could have had more. The formation i wasnt too impressed with but with who we have it worked ! Mani D will score all the time if we play like that and Charman delivers like he did. Sheron played very well and the only thing i can really pick up on was Fergie at times looking leggy and out of place ! Waterfall also was limping at times and really does look like he shouldnt be playing for 90 mins - a pacey defender would really help us just now and take the strain off the back line a bit. Glad to see Hunter back and Feaths really impressing again in the middle.
Campbell looks the player we all thought we where signing finally too ! very positive all around performance and if we can keep that level up and style of play there is no reason why we should be looking at 7th place come 5/6 games time.
Young needs dropping too.

Superb result, but it needs backing up - Pools haven't won in consecutive games all season. Put Fylde away and get a point minimum from the Barnet game and it starts to be realistic to talk about a top 7 finish. At the minute the best you can say about Pools is that they're pretty good on their day.

one thing is with 11 on the pitch there has not been a nightmare performance like a good few under sarll topped off by ebbsfleet away. even a defeat by two goals at york will have no bearing on where we will actually finish this season. at least LL also sees it that way as well.

It was plain to see at the backend of last season that Mani D and Grey were a decent goal scoring partnership. How on earth can a fool like Sarll decide to stick Grey out wide where he has been ineffective and even had some posters calling for his being dropped. Hopefully Grey will be played as a principal goal scorer from now on.
