I believe when managers are sacked their is normally a non-disclosure clause in the settlement. If he said owt he could be in touble or at the very least lose out on some of his pay off. This is true of all sacked managers as I understand it. If I am wrong, no doubt someone will put me right.

Can we apply some logic instead of crude speculation.
Any manager who wants to get his next job (and there’s always a mug who’ll give you a chance), will be well aware being the sort of bloke who slags off his ex employer will make future employers wary in case he does the same about them and logically lowering the chances of getting another job.
It’s called biting your tongue if you want another job.
Then there’s the legal side of any accusations against your ex employer having to be verified, but a litigious employee may be given a wide berth when it comes to a new manager…..it’s called biting your tongue if you want to stay in the business.

always wonder why thats the case if neither partys have nothing to hide. funny why you never see an ex manager who has been sacked anywhere near that club again unless they come with a new club anywhere.
