It will be interesting to see if the players LL signed do well. If he can't spot talent with his experience then who can. Hopefully he is putting his stamp on the squad now so maybe exciting times ahead who knows. Mr.Burns blue n white army. UTP Come on let's have it Lenny.

Don’t want to pour cold water onto signings but looking good in training is not the same as in competitive games. However looking forward to seeing them with fingers crossed they come off.

It’s the first step, if they look shit in training that’s the time to get the rosary beads and rabbit’s foot out.

Didn't one of our players break his leg when he came on for Brighton?

Well Lenny realises the problem areas. I am cautiously excited. Need to push on now

It wasn't quite clear from the interviews, is this a permanent signing then? If so at national league level surely this lad has something left. 150 appearances for Brighton and a few for Charlton last year, he must have some ability.

Permanent deal I think. Which probably means till the end of the season, with an option at the end of it. Haven't read that he's been training anywhere elseapart from a couple of weeks at Pools, so he's going to be nowhere near match fit.

That got me thinking...how the fuck is a rabbit's foot supposed to be lucky?? And who decided that it was lucky??
I'm going to start my own....from today a Starling's beak on a key ring is lucky.
5,000 lucky Starling's beak keyrings getting shipped to Seaton's Novelties and Fancy Goods shop first thing in the morning.
