Loved him in Brass- playing Bradley Hardacre.
He was brutal yet hilarious and utterly believable at the same time. A legend.

Thought his missus would shuffle off before him, as she's riddled with dementia, poor bugger - will probably end up in a home now.

Aye sh’es two years older, I thought loved the canal journeys…not so much the foreign ones though, but the wife devoured them all.

Great actor could do anything from comedy (Brass)also played a good Winston Churchill
And then his canal series with his beloved wife Prunella who you must feel sorry for in her poor state of health. RIP

Agree with all of the above, Tim West was a brilliant actor and a real gentleman. 90 is a good age, I would be happy to reach anywhere near that - as long as I was in as equally good mental and physical health as he obviously was until fairly recently. Pru will be devastated but will likely be reunited with Tim before too long.

At first glance I thought this was Christopher Timothy...the Pools supporter.
