So how much taxpayer cash are the gruesome twosome of Milliband and Starmer going to commit? I imagine the amount will be fully costed and accounted for within their manifesto or will they just add it to the £22m blackhole and blame the last government.
Modern day King Canutes trying to thwart Mother Nature.

When it comes to events like this, money flows freely….they live in a cocoon of stupidity.

This is a complete waste of time.
Reckon they only turn up for a Jolly - nice food in nice accomodation whilst talking a complete load of bollocks. Think they just spin it out for as long as possible or maybe just until they can't physically eat or drink anymore at Tax payers expense.

Whilst the sentiment is correct - until the major polluters (US, India and China) actually properly take part instead of just taking the piss then we are effectively trying to tackle a raging forest fire with a packet of water bombs. I'd tune into to watch it, but I'll be busy installing a chandelier in my shed.

We're supposedly ranked 81st worst polluting country per capita, Milliband will have us in the top 3 financial contributors amid rising energy costs and enforced power outages to homes and banning private car ownership unless he's reined in.

Seeing as how the three biggest producers of carbon are not there or remotely interested in being there this is just a meeting of middle class idealists and eco loons whistling in the wind and appealing to to the naive minority who are as detached from reality as far as it is possible to be.

They'll bang on all week about coming to an agreement and countries signing up to summit or other then further down the road they'll all renege on those promises, then start the process again at Cop 30 no doubt.

According to Starmer they’re gonna push the net zero target quicker……when that happens we won’t be out there but listening to survival instructions…we are letting idiots dismantle our power supply system most of whom couldn’t change a fuse on the advice of cranks and old hippies.

Due to lack of wind for the last week or so wind powered generation has been virtually nothing. Dark days are coming.

No they were utter shite, but they’re history now and we’ve got even bigger eco warriors driving us down the road to nowhere.

Milliband will drive us off a cliff edge with his lunacy. If he wasn't in politics he'd be blocking roads or spraying priceless works of art with orange paint.

Starmer is leading the charge by saying we will cut emissions by 80% by 2035….thar’s suicidal….taking some moral lead that Starmer thinks other country’s will follow, he must still think we have an empire ffs.
The worlds the biggest producers are not there and won’t be cutting anything so it looks like Starmer is going for the masochistic approach..
I’m buying a donkey as a safeguard…as cars will be out of my price range or frowned upon by the commissars.

we need to be a world leader in something as its seems to be in the british DNA. however surely they could find something better than gross stupidity where its us who will be paying for their actions.

there is one thing for sure they,ll never allow the general public to have their say on this issue through a referendum as they,ll know the outcome already.
