There's a pub somewhere in this fair land where Darren Sarll is boasting that HIS team beat Tamworth on their own ground...

It's the Bullshitter Arms in South London.

He's telling the locals. Mark my word I've laid the foundations for HUFC to get promotion this season.

I didn't want to leave but the opportunity to go and coach in the Greenland Premier league was to good to knock back which starts next week.

Blah blah blah
Teamship
Longballship
Bullshitship
Etc Etc.

his grandkids will be sick of hearing about his greatest ever achievment in football and how pools owners had so short memories of the match of the century. anyone who didn,t watch it you did not miss anything. more or less anti football v shit football played by disinterested players on the surface we moaned about at the time.

Yes, I happened to watch the game but wished I hadn't. It was a terrible advert for plastic pitches and National league football. Still, I suppose Tamworth dont care.

I watched it and your summary is spot on, Mr Accy.

The thing that gets me annoyed is Gateshead were thrown out of the play offs due to not having along enough tenure of their ground. Sutton having gained promotion on a 3G pitch had to rip it up to comply with EFL and FA rules. How come Tamworth were allowed to host an FA cup tie on very poor 3G pitch. Also noticed that Jack Baldwin was playing for Northampton.

I absolutely hate 3G/plastic pitches. I avoid away games when they are on offer.

YUK.

because the competition rules say they can. if they banned artificial surfaces from the cup it would have to change in the preliminary rounds because a large number of clubs would not be allowed to play in it.

Threaten to disinherit him from your massive wealth, Mr Accy. On second thoughts Rachel Reeves has already got her eyes on that pile.
