Chicken and chips. I find a roast time consuming and quite boring every week. Now and again though. Got some malbec for later.

I invited some monsters for Sunday didn’t but Dracula didn’t help at all and neither did the werewolf.

Frankenstein at least helped with the potatoes… He did the mash!

I had a massive portion of Brains faggots. It was a three way choice between the faggots, leg of mince and fillet of corn beef {pan fried of course}

Times must be tough at Chez Derwent if you're eating the poor-man's haggis.

Aye, I'm surprised that the Wokerati aren't screaming like bairns and clutching at their pearls about them two.

Or for that matter, the secret swastika hidden away in every slice of Herr Kipling's Battenburg cake...!

Haggis is proper nice, easy to cook, and nutritious.

We sometimes get a small one (£3.80) between 3 but on saying that the bigger one (£5-6) would be better. You just need a butcher that sells the good stuff, not all do.
